A working demo, not a screenshot
This is the whole system with every button live. Record a sale, confirm a delivery, count a van back in, settle a trip short and watch the exception open against somebody's name.
It rebuilds itself at 03:00 every night, so nothing you do here lasts and nothing here is real — the customers, invoices and staff are invented.
The field app →
What a depot supervisor, driver or route agent uses on a phone. Sign in with a number and PIN below. Installable, and it keeps working with no signal.
Start here. It is the more interesting half.
The back office →
What a director sees: exposure on one screen, exceptions with a name against each, sales, cash, stock, statements, messaging spend.
Needs the six-digit code below as well as the PIN.
Signing in
Everyone's PIN is …. Pick whichever role you want to see the system as — what each one is allowed to do is most of the point.

The back office asks for an authenticator code
Because a director's account approves credit and writes off losses, so a PIN alone is not enough for it. Here is the current one:
new code every 30 seconds
Field roles need no code — they use the field app, which is the door a PIN is meant for.
If it says the code has already been used, somebody else signed in as that role a moment ago: each code works once. Wait for the next one, or sign in as the accountant or auditor instead — they share this code and are counted separately.
